Chuck Hall is a fourth-generation descendant of a pioneer family that settled in Noble County in 1893. He is honored to call Oklahoma home. Raised and educated in Perry public schools. Married to Amy, Chuck is the proud father of three daughters and grandfather of five.
Chuck is Chairman of the Board of Exchange Bank & Trust Company, which has approximately 70 employees and locations in Perry and Stillwater. The community bank assists thousands of people throughout District 20. Chuck believes the secret to success in business is found in a service standard built on honesty and integrity.
Chuck Hall has been a distinguished civic and community leader in Perry for more than 30 years, serving as treasurer, councilman and mayor. The City of Perry named him its Citizen of the Year in 2018, the same year Chuck was elected to the state Senate.
Chuck is 100% pro-life, a member of the NRA and grounded in the traditional values our nation was founded on. Chuck raised his three daughters with the same values that his parents instilled in him: devotion to faith and family, and a commitment to hard work and personal responsibility.
Chuck Hall has stood strong for rural Oklahoma at the state Capitol. He is relied on by colleagues and constituents alike for his insight into business and banking. Chuck is an effective legislator who has brought focused leadership to the Capitol to invest in education, reform government and put Oklahoma on strong financial footing.
